Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. About Crossendor

Crossendor (“Crossendor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website crossendor.com (the “Platform”) - an advertising-intelligence tool that helps ecommerce operators find winning ads in other markets and generate localized ad creatives.

Crossendor is in private beta. The Platform is under active development and may change, reset, or discontinue features at any time. Access is currently limited to invited users on a waiting list.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

2. Legal Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Crossendor regarding your use of the Platform and any related services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform, and you must use it in a business or professional capacity. If local law requires a higher age for digital consent, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

4. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the Platform, as indicated by the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

5. Accounts

5.1 Account creation

Access requires an invitation while the Platform is in private beta. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when an account is created for you.

5.2 Account security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

5.3 Suspension or removal

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts at our discretion - including without prior notice - if we believe these Terms have been violated, Platform integrity is at risk, or abuse has occurred.

6. The Service and Third-Party Data

The Platform surfaces publicly available advertising data, including data from the Meta Ad Library, and augments it with automated analysis such as visual similarity matching. Crossendor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or any advertiser shown on the Platform.

  • Market analyses, similarity scores, and “opportunity” signals are informational estimates, not guarantees of commercial results.
  • You remain solely responsible for your own business decisions, product sourcing, advertising spend, and compliance with the advertising policies of any platform you publish to.
  • Generated ad creatives are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing them and ensuring they are lawful, accurate, and non-infringing before use.

7. Credits and Payments

Certain features consume credits included in a subscription plan. Prices, plan contents, and credit costs are shown on the pricing page and may change; changes never apply retroactively to credits already purchased. Payments, when enabled, are processed by third-party payment providers - we do not store card details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Scraping, reselling, or systematically extracting Platform data
  • Circumventing rate limits, credit accounting, or access controls
  • Using the Platform to create deceptive, unlawful, or infringing advertising
  • Interfering with the operation or security of the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, software, and branding are owned by Crossendor. Third-party ad creatives displayed on the Platform remain the property of their respective owners and are shown for market-research purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. As a beta product, availability, data accuracy, and feature stability are not guaranteed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crossendor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described in section 5.3. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 9–11) survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable European Union law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
